Resto druid 10m Heroic Protectors of the Endless Spring strategy

Wow, it's been a long time since progression... I don't even remember how I format these anymore....

Number of Healers: 3. This fight makes healers feel pretty helpless, but you probably need 3 for the final phase...debatable. Since it's mainly the dps rotating through the debuff and killing boss before berserk. Not much to type up because of that. Though I could mention the dps rotation, but I didn't actually pay that much attention to it. Just remember is was 3/3/3 rotation.

Differences from Normal:
  1.  Adds will be running towards the boss, these adds need to be killed. Their spawn rate gets exponentially faster. Best to use mage slow 50%, don't use hunter traps, that'll just overwrite the mage slows and make them leave going 100%, which is really bad. Once they die, they'll debuff the closest 2 people, healers just need to stay away and let the dps/tank handle that. The debuff increases damage done by 10%? per stack, stacks up to 10. If it hits 10, it will explode 250k AoE damage on the raid... so don't let anyone reach that stack number. O yeah, if the adds hit boss, and boss gets 5 stacks, it's an auto-wipe. Though boss getting >2 stacks already puts a lot of pressure on the healers. So lesson is: never let boss get stacks until final burn.
  2. Uh... we did this non-elite way.... so I really can't tell you how it's different from normal other than #1. Oh.... only 1 tank is needed for non-elite way.

Talents: I used Tree of Life and HotW. Tree of Life because well I respecced out of haste and into mastery, hence making SotF awful. Plus, Tree of Life is nice for phase 1 and 3.

Symbosis: I recommend helping out the tank with symbosis. So we get something silly, but tank gets something nice, since it's a 1 tank fight.

Basic Strategy:
Phase 1 (downing Kaolong): So healing this is pretty normal... just pop Tree of Life when Kaolong's about 50%. O yeah, be sure to dispel instantly, that way melees don't have to run out... but that's pretty obvious. Then burn Tranq after the lightning when boss is <15% hp. That should tie over to phase 2.

Phase 2 (downing Regalli): This phase is letting healers regain their mana phase. Very little damage going out, especially if dps interrupt the water bolts. Dance the lightning, trivial, but these do 1-shot you if you don't dance it. O yeah, if you're using HotW, use that when Regalli's about 5% hp and dps him down and onto Asani until healing gets a bit more iffy.

Phase 3 (downing Asani): Burn phase... hero at 75% hp.
This phase healers need to rotate their healing cooldowns. Healers will probably need to take debuff stacks this phase since rest of the dps should be at 9 stacks. When boss is 30%, healers can move out and let the adds hit boss, since at that point everyone will be dpsing boss (so adds don't even die). Basically down boss before he gets 5 debuff stacks on him and wipe the raid.
Healing cooldown wise we did healing tide (shaman), tranq, didn't even get to use barrier when the boss died.

Once again I'll mention we are Recruiting....
