Number of Healers: 4. They've nerfed her so that people can 3 heal, but unless you have 2 disc priests, I think 3 healing is pretty painful.
Differences from Normal:
- So 1 of the sonic crystals now get corrupted. This now explodes for higher damage.
- The Cry of Terror does more damage too now.
- For some reason, the adds can't really be kited anymore in Phase 2.
Symbosis: I would've liked to symbosis our mage, but our tank needed an extra cooldown, so ended up symbosising him.
Basic Strategy: This fight's mechanics are not bad at all... just phase 2 is painful on the add tank.
Phase 1:
During this phase, huge raid damage will occur when Cry of Terror is around. The first person with the Cry needs to wait for the Corrupted sonic crystal before entering. They also need to come out when they're under 40% hp, get healed, go back in. Then the 2nd person with the Cry needs to run into Corrupted sonic crystal. Then also run out if they're about to die, but best to have a paladin BoP that person before the explosion. Rotate healing cooldowns during the corrupted sonic explosion. The 2nd sonic crystal explosion isn't as bad, so just Tree Form or small cooldown it.
Phase 2:
During this phase, druid just heals raid and helps with the 2 tanks and run resin if bored. Also have your Add tank call for Ironbark. Other than that, nothing different from normal.
Phase 3:
Once this phase is reached, it's pretty much a kill... just be sure your tanks don't turn the boss too much and make it hard for dps to dps. Meanwhile rest of the raid will all stack together behind her, unless they get the Fear thingy, if they don't run out, raid will wipe even with 4 healers. Dispel them quick! Then just rotate through healing cooldowns and it's a kill. :D
Once again I'll mention we are Recruiting....
