As I was scanning forums, here's a few good public clans with decent levels and low level requirements. Of course they're subject to change. I'm not affiliated with any of them. But good to have in case I reroll.

mention here z5pd5 is also a near dead clan and it's great! No requirements, can attack the clan boss like 50+ times a week. Life here is awesome... if only I could steal it from the dead clan master... *evil laugh*
Apparently, life as in fake World of Warcraft life and minimal real life. Kinda sad...

Tap Titans 2 Progress
Day 1 - 1150
Uh... I'm not sure if that's slow or fast, but I figured, I'll just catalog it.
Build wise I only had 3 levels in Heart of Midas (warrior tree), because I haven't prestiged yet. I did get lucky with artifacts, got Boots of Hermes and Unbound Gauntlet. I actually liked Snap Spawn more from the Gauntlet more, because that little bomb cuts each stage by 50% in length, and it continues even after max stage (MS) is passed, whereas portal monster doesn't let you port past MS. But portal monster does allow faster prestiging to increase your dps.
Day 2 - 3000
Went back to Clan ship build because I didn't want to actively tap. I also avoided astral awakening because I don't want to tap the random orbs.

Day 3 and Day 4 - 4800
Progress is so so on day 3 because I was trying to not advance too much before tournament.
Reached 6300 with 9Ds played. Skipped the screen shots the past few days because phone requires relogging in, and it's kind of a pain... so... i'll post the screen shots later on all in one go when I'm not lazy... which is probably never, lol
Lazy Explanation of Tap Titans 2 builds
Clan Ship Build:
Apparently, there's 2 versions of this build. One is coordinated offense heavy, which is great for farming, and one is astral awakening heavy which is great for pushing. I personally hate the astral awakening one... I prefer pushing with Coordinated Offense + Lightning Strike, which no one seems to use, (for good reason probably? I would like to know the reason, but everyone just seems to follow Taco's build and don't even put their own playstyle into consideration.) I prefer it because it's still fast, and it'll go that extra mile for more relics for prestige and gear.
Pro:
Don't have to tap until fingers sore
Low maintenance until astral awakening (or just choose to not get it... I'm trying that now)
Great for beginners/low skill points
Con:
Do have a lot of position tapping to do (astral awakening and coordinated offense), making completely idle impossible.
No inactive gold at all after a certain point because it's easy to push very far with all the buffs, but that means your inactive dps is crap. So example, at stage 4300ish I was at dps 1e150 but the boss was at 1e164 hp, so unless you're inactive for 1e14 seconds...no boss dies = no gold.
Pet Build:
Haven't tried it yet. No comment
Shadow Clone Build:
Pro:
Good for high level supposedly? I'm still low level, so we'll see
This build can inactive pretty well at low level. So don't have to kill phone battery.
Con:
Mana use heavy
Retires leveling toon and heroes :-/ kinda painful.
I'm sure there's more, but we'll see.
If you want to push, still have to tap and kill your fingers... meh
