Hmm, so as I was leveling, message shows up in guild, world raid boss attempt, come all 90s and almost 90s. I decided to ignore and continue leveling, but an invite came and I said might as well give it a try.
First off, we wiped in the end and raid disbanded. So our group sucked apparently, though I thought that's a little unfair, considering my only previous experience with the Sha of Anger was running into it while not paying attention and getting 1-shot. I'm sure a majority of the non-90s who were pulled over are basically the same as me. All we need is 3 lines of explanation, don't stand in bitter hatred, hit the MCed people, and kill the adds. Receiving no explanation of any sort, we charged in like headless chickens, no duh we'd wipe.
Only thing I didn't care for that was Blizzard's fault is that the Sha of Anger spawned in the middle of elite monkey packs. Not only does the Sha's little adds already overwhelm the raid, the extra monkeys would spawn and hit the healers, speaking from my point of view the poor lvl 89 healer who dropped dead pretty early because monkeys were hitting me and I got total 160k damaged by 2 consecutive attacks by the Sha (maybe i was standing in something, but didn't look like it?).
Oh well, maybe next time I'll be level 90 and in a better organized group and not a mess lead by a random person.
Apparently, life as in fake World of Warcraft life and minimal real life. Kinda sad...

So MoP's up and running for 2 days now
Yay, MoP's out, boo... I need sleep.
So leveling, so far my experience is... basically it's the same as always. First few quests are a bit overcrowded, but as people outlvl or sleep, the first few quests are easier. Blizzard finally made bosses taggable by any player, so just have to get 1 hit on a boss and it doesn't matter who kills or tags it, player gets credit, very nice change, no more tab and moonfire spamming for me. However, this new patch is all about bringing the war back into W of Warcraft, and I hate it, I liked the everybody almost loves each other life, but I will say Blizzard has definitely brought the war back, even someone like me who hates ganking hordes (1 on 1s i tolerate much more) decided to join in horde ganking when I saw a chance, just so angered by all the unprovoked ganking done on me.
Being on a PvP server with more horde than alliance and my fear of death and my love of questing, I have been living in constant fear and much more fear than during any other expansions (not including wotlk since i was on hiatus during it). Most horde follow the tentative peace while leveling, but the scary part is when you're turning in a quest at the node surrounded by 8+ hordes and you are the only alliance, if any one of those hordes decide to even touch you, all of them will be on you within a second. Sure sure, people can say if I'm so scared of being ganked and I'm so bad at pvp, why even be on a PvP server? Well, I'm there, it's a long story/history, just accept it. So while I cower in fear, cross-realm servers save the day. After trying very hard not to ask for a cross realm invite, I gave in and it was beautiful. Instantly all the hordes melted away and I was ported to an empty server with no one there except a few allliances, I was finally in questing heaven.
So being not level 90 yet, I will say, leveling as feral druid is a lot of fun, rotation is easier (yeah yeah, i don't have dream of cenarius yet), prowl glyph is my best friend. Granted I died 2 times to PvE elements, once I ran into the rabbit hole and got swarmed by a bunch of bunnies that gave 16 stacks of armor debuff, 2nd time I was auto-running, map checking and chatting w/ a friend, ran into the Sha of Anger or w/e and got 1-shot. However, all in all, leveling is as fun as it ever was (I always liked leveling, but for those who didn't don't expect it to be better in any way). None of the questlines or areas annoy me like Vash'jr did but nor did any wow me. Though not being able to really take my time and read the quests is taking a bit away from the experience, especially since I'm never really sure why the quest line branched into 5. All in a day's questing.

Music Nostalgia
So today I decided to try and find some new music to listen to. First off, I checked the Oricon charts. Ever since the birth of AKB48 and the rest of the 3 letter 48s, the Oricon charts is just flooded with these pointless bubblegum pop, and the other half is just kpop re-sung in japanese. So, check the kpop charts, and other than gangnam style, everything sounded basically like the same kpop. I wouldn't really be able to distinguish them from first listen. So let's try giving cpop another chance? er... okay, just not go there. So as I went back on youtube, and after a bit of random music listening to, I clicked on Mmmbop. The second the music started I was ported back to the 90s. In retrospect, this song is just as bubblegum pop as the bubblegum pop of today, but I would rather listen to Mmmbop than any of the ones today. As I proceeded though the billboard chart top 100 songs of 1958-2008, I noticed the only songs clips I had a fun time listening to is still music from the 90s and early 2000s, and a few from the 60s and 70s. Nostalgia factor probably? I think if music did get stuck in the same style and sounds of the 90s and 2000s, I would probably complain just as much... see cpop? However, with the music direction now, I find myself with nothing to listen to other than oldie classics. Meh...
